Well, I tried to do one of my old chest workouts, raw and unpowered. Needless to say I only scraped through with a regular pump, but it was effective. Though volume wasn't high I managed to get a few current 1Rms on bench press (140kg barbell, 50kg dumbbell) which I'm currently feeling and slightly regretting two days later. No it's okay, just need an extra 6 protein shakes to speed up the recovery. The only 2 exercises I missed were pullovers and cable flys. I'll be back for them next week. Im off to Korea to check the pro show this weekend, maybe get some fresh inspirations for bigger mooscles. Happy lifting! Calum

Hello! It's nice to be back again, finally. This video highlights my absence from social media this year. I really found it necessary to take a break so that I could work on myself to become a stronger more resilient person. Whats up gang, Hope everyone is doing well here. I had an awesome time up in Brisbane for the One minute One round wars boxing tournament. The reason I decided to fight in this was because during the time I was made aware of this fight I was suffering with my own depression. After losing my younger brother 2 years ago I've been fighting suicidal thoughts on and off since. The cause for this fight: Mens mental health was the perfect reason and opportunity for me to participate. It has already made me a stronger person today, and I hope that by doing this, any one else out there who is struggling will see that you are not alone and we can get through this! The best part for me was having my best friends drop what they were doing and fly up last minute to Brisbane to support me and to support the cause. Now its done and I am back in Anglesea staying with my parents for a week before heading back to Bangkok. Hopefully there will be another one of these fights down the line, I really enjoyed the boxing training leading up to the fight. Its completely different from bodybuilding training, a lot more cardio but a lot more stimulating and rewarding. I may continue on this path. I may not.
